We had a memorable experience here after spending hours visiting the wineries in Nemea region in Greece. And by far, this restaurant was the best decision we made. The food was delicious, the wine list was very good and the service was exceptional. I had an ossobuco which was very delicious and big portion that I requested for a doggy bag, They also took us to see some fantastic selections of wines they had at there wine cellar after our meal which was a lovely gesture. I definitely recommend, it’s a gem

I am Greek-American and my wife is American. Occassionally, we do seek out something other than the predictable traditional Greek food. Yes, we can dine at any local taverna and enjoy it as well. We are not snobs and I was born and raised in Greece. What we experienced here was creative dishes made from a world-view of contemporary couisine. For starters, that is something you don't find very often in small towns like Nemea! The owner served us himself and accommodated all our needs and questions. Overall, we were more than satisfied. Now, I also saw some of the negative reviews and here is what I would say on that: This particular establishment should be considered a restaurant catering to an adult audience, where you go to enjoy tasteful culinary creations and sample the substantial variety of local wines. This is not a casual diner and should not be compared to a taverna. Thank you for offering something a little different in the area!

GREAT LUNCH IN NEMEA We found a gem in Nemea. The menu included dishes with Greek roots but with a slight flair. We enjoyed the pasta in pesto sauce and the giant bean with local sausage entrees. The food was so flavorful, everything we were looking for. We were the first customers of the day. The owner, I believe, waited on us. The service was engaging and very good. His passion and knowledge of local wines was evident when he helped us choose which wine to pair with our meal. They have plenty of inside and outside seating. Outside you have an upscale Greek café feel. Inside was light with natural wood décor that reminded me of Sonoma California. I recommend trying this and other Nemea restaurants near this one. There are signs for free parking in this area. Nemea should be on your bucket list when traveling in the Peloponnese.

I had to wait a bit for service as there seemed to have been some miscommunication but was then served attentively and professionally. Really enjoyed the concept of assigning a dish to one of 17 villages (choriá) nearby. I chose a kritharisotto (risotto, but with kritharaki / orzo pasta as a base) with mushrooms which was one of the best and on-point meals I have eaten in Greece. Very elegant, flavourful, simple yet beautiful. Recommended visit in Nemea!
